Rollo Cake Cookies


I'm grateful to my co-worker for introducing me to these delicious cookies! 
They're easy to make, and even easier to eat! (The hardest part is unwrapping all the Rolos.)



You only need four ingredients:

24-28 Rolos
1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Unwrap about 28 Rolos.
3. Combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a medium sized bowl. Keep stirring until you have a
really thick cookie dough.
4. Take about a tablespoon of dough, using the palm of your hands, roll it into a ball and then flatten. Place a Rolo into the middle of the flattened dough and fold the dough around the Rolo. Roll between the palm of your hands one last time to smooth out the edges.
5. Place 12 cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 8 minutes or until the tops of the cookies start to firm and crack.
7. Share with the people you love.
